These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrackWheel (the "Service"), operated by [Company Name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address — there's no password to manage. You're responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure, and for all activity under your account.
You must provide an accurate email address and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You choose which Spotify tracks to feature on your TrackWheel page and what display name and page URL (slug) to use. You're responsible for having the right to showcase that content — the Service links to Spotify and plays short preview clips sourced from Deezer, it doesn't host or redistribute full tracks.
We may remove a page or account that violates these Terms, infringes someone else's rights, or is used for abuse, spam, or illegal content.
TrackWheel offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime; your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with advance notice; continuing to use a paid plan after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
Don't use the Service to impersonate someone else, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, scrape or abuse the platform, or attempt to circumvent plan limits or security controls.
The Service relies on Spotify's Web API for track metadata, Deezer's API for preview audio, Resend for delivering sign-in emails, PayPal for payment processing, and Neon for database hosting. Your use of TrackWheel is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, your public page(s) stop resolving and associated data is deleted within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company Name] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
